IMX 40 race yachts, Appel & Peer

Like the IMX38, the IMX40 racer is also great for inshore racing with easy boat handling. She is the bigger sister of the IMX 38 and slightly more modern built, also in Denmark by X yachts. If you trim and steer the boat incorrectly, you lose boat speed instantly and the advantage of sailing in a fast light boat is lost, so keep course and concentrate!

With Skipper Tijmen you will be ensured of a good position in the field, as he is an experienced regatta sailor. He has won the famous 24 hours race in the Netherlands, which requires not only perseverance, but also good strategy and tactics during the race!

In Muiden, these two similar yachts are ready to race against each other in a match race or within a larger fleet. Many of our guests have never sailed before, but leave with a lasting impression!
